We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of a dog training session to qualify for a full refund or to rearrange without any additional charge. This allows us sufficient time to offer the slot to another client.
What happens if a client cancels at the last minute (e.g., less than 24 hours notice) or doesn't show up for their session? Are there any charges or different refund rules for these situations?
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice or a no-show for a scheduled session will unfortunately incur the full payment for the session. This policy is in place to compensate our trainers for their dedicated time and preparation.
